Post Winch install 
Hello,
I'm installing a Viper 3500 winch and, when using the factory mounting plate on my 2007 400, one of the motor contact comes in contact with the bumper. Has anybody else had this problem? How have you fixed it? Can I just shim with a washer or 2?

yes you should be able to shim the winch
